Q. I know it's available in the android market but I have android 1.5 (Motorola DEXT) and I can't find it. Is there anyway to maybe download it on the internet then put it on my phone? Or I may be searching the wrong thing...? Either waay... Is there any way to download it on Android 1.5?
A. WhatsApp for Android requires Android 2.1 or later.
Unfortunately, Android 1.5, 1.6 and 2.0 are not supported.

Does whatsapp messenger work for verizon wireless phones?
Q. I know that whatsapp messenger works for iPhones and BB's, but I need to know if it works for Verizon Wireless phones because I really want to get it in order to keep in touch with friends overseas. When I got on the website, they only have options for iPhones, Blackberrys, Droids, and Nokia phones. :S
