A. To give shoutouts all you have ti do is go to the persons page you want to shoutout and take a screenshot and post it to your instagram !

A. My instagram username is @xoxjordan. I have 472 followers and it took me a year to get them. I just post pictures of myself and my friends. I followed you, your doing good so far keep it up! Another tip is to hashtag your pictures with things such as #followme #follow #followback #shoutouts #shoutout #shoutout4shoutout #s4s #f4f #l4l #like4like #like. A. Simple, don't use your real name, use a different alias that youve never used before, don't use the geotag and don't share your content with social networking websites although that is a way to get some followers. Maybe make a Twitter for it and use your new alias for it and follow people who hashtag #followback #teamfollowback etc and then advertise that way. Also, on Twitter use a photo of a sexy girl and use a hashtag saying #instagram follow me and ill follow back and then write your instagram username and you don't have to follow them back but they might unfollow you if you don't.
