How do i get the android market working on my samsung galaxy s 1?

Q. When i sign into the android market it says "your phone may not be provisioned for data services" how do i fix this?

A. Root it and just upgrade it to the latest stable ICS/Jelly Bean and install the latest google play store (its no more said as android market because Google has bought it)

Just watch some youtube videos on how to root samsung galaxy S (model no) and upgrade to ICS/JB.
