How to make the border white around an instagram photo?
Q. Hi well I have a new camera and I wanted to take some pictures that will be tumblr-ish for my instagram profile which will be based on tumblr things. But I really want to know how all these tumblr girls make their pictures with a picture and then like a white border/background around It. It makes it look like a tumblr type thing like there's this new account called 'awk0_sloths_' and she has pictures with those white background/border things. But the pictures are not her photos so she doesn't know. I've tried squaready and whitagram but there's not enough white background around it. So check out 'awk0_sloths_' account and if you know how they do it or what app it is, please comment! The app which I find is correct I will reward you with 10 points and ill follow you!! A. I'm almost positive that that account uses squaready, you just have to know how to do it right lol. If it's a vertical picture, then you can't crop it at that angle, but you can still make it with a white border and make it tumblry.

Q. I have seen people tag/mention more than 5 people in the comments of an instagram photo. How do they do this? I thought there was a 5 person limit? Whenever I try to mention more than 5 people in a comment I get the red exclamation mark to tell me there's an error. I want to be able to tag them all with one comment rather than tagging 5 people at a time with multiple comments if that makes sense.
A. The comments you see with the 5 people tagged was probably done on the computer. If you want to tag more than 5 people, you're going to have to comment more than once. Hope I helped!!

How is it possible for instagram users to have a lot of followers with minimal posts?
Q. I noticed a lot of people without a lot of photo's have over 500 followers. How is this possible? I'd like to have this too.
A. Perhaps all their posts interactions with other people are via private message or their posts are hidden, assuming it's possible to do these things on Instagram (which I've never heard of until now so I'm unsure how it works, but I assume it's kind of similar to Facebook and Twitter.)
My gut reaction is that you only get out what you put in.

How can I upload old Instagram pictures to the Instagram album on my Facebook?
Q. I had recently deactivated and the pictures I posted on instagram, obviously wern't uploaded on facebook. I already have one photo uploaded on that album. How do I add more?

How do i allow instagram to access my photos in the camera roll?
Q. My ipod froze as i was makin an account and when became unfrozen it still picked up where i was tapping, and i accidentally chose "do not allow" instagram to access your photos. So now i wanna change that but i have no clue how. And im on the app, is that why i cant find the option to change that?
A. I've doen this my editing apps, it's really easy to fix. Simply go to settings, on your ipod. When the screen pops up, scroll down, and one of the tabs says Privacy. It has a hand on it, like it's telling you to stop. You click that link, and a bunch of items will pop up that could be private. Click on the one that says photos, then scroll down until you see instagram. A little slidey bar should be there and you just turn it on:)

How do you get instagram effects on a computer?
Q. I like the iPhone instagram app, however (obviously) my SLR is a MUCH better camera, and I could like to get the instagram effect with its pictures. I have Adobe Photoshop and After Effects, but I don't know how to use them in this way. Thanks!
A. I"m not into "instagram", so I have never tried.
However, if you have Photoshop, then you CAN do it, it will just take a bit more than a single click, at least at first.
I would do the following:
Google for tutorials, follow and practice them.
Google for actions - there are tons of free ones you can install.
If you can't find a good action, learn how to get the effect you want "the hard way", then record your own action to make it very easy in the future to repeat it.
However, if you have Photoshop, then you CAN do it, it will just take a bit more than a single click, at least at first.

How do I put Instagram photos BACK on Facebook after deleting them?
Q. Help! I removed all Instagram activity from my Facebook and didn't realize it would take all my photos off too! Is there a way to put them back on without reuploading them each individually?
A. If the photos are still on instagram, you would have to go into each photo, click on the ... on the bottom right, select 'share' and then select Facebook. There doesn't seem to be a way to share all the photos at once.
If when you cleared the history all your photos were deleted fro. Instagram too, you would have to upload all the pics again.

why do some of my instagram pictures quality get worse after a while?
Q. I've noticed a few times that some of my pictures quality on instagram have gotten worse. I take them with an iPhone 4S but then after a while they look like they've been taken with a lower quality camera. I would like to know why this happens and if possible, how could I fix or prevent that from happening?

A. I"m not into "instagram", so I have never tried.
However, if you have Photoshop, then you CAN do it, it will just take a bit more than a single click, at least at first.
I would do the following:
Google for tutorials, follow and practice them.

If you can't find a good action, learn how to get the effect you want "the hard way", then record your own action to make it very easy in the future to repeat it.

why do some of my instagram pictures quality get worse after a while?
Q. I've noticed a few times that some of my pictures quality on instagram have gotten worse. I take them with an iPhone 4S but then after a while they look like they've been taken with a lower quality camera. I would like to know why this happens and if possible, how could I fix or prevent that from happening?

Q. I made an instagram a few weeks ago and I've tried making it private, but every time I do my profile picture goes away so I just don't put my instagram on private, but I want to. So does anyone know how to make it private without losing my profile picture?

How do I upload my instagram photos from my phone to my facebook correctly?
Q. Whenever I do it always uploads it as a tiny picture and has a link to my instagram online. But how do I make it go to the instagram photo album that everyone else has?

What app makes instagram photos faded with a white background?
Q. I see that people on instagram have photos that are faded looking and have a white background. What app can do that to my pictures?
A. Just overexpose the photo in camera, or even push the exposure button too far on pretty much any "editing" app.

Q. My ipod froze as i was makin an account and when became unfrozen it still picked up where i was tapping, and i accidentally chose "do not allow" instagram to access your photos. So now i wanna change that but i have no clue how. And im on the app, is that why i cant find the option to change that?
A. I've doen this my editing apps, it's really easy to fix. Simply go to settings, on your ipod. When the screen pops up, scroll down, and one of the tabs says Privacy. It has a hand on it, like it's telling you to stop. You click that link, and a bunch of items will pop up that could be private. Click on the one that says photos, then scroll down until you see instagram. A little slidey bar should be there and you just turn it on:)

How do I put Instagram photos BACK on Facebook after deleting them?
Q. Help! I removed all Instagram activity from my Facebook and didn't realize it would take all my photos off too! Is there a way to put them back on without reuploading them each individually?
A. If the photos are still on instagram, you would have to go into each photo, click on the ... on the bottom right, select 'share' and then select Facebook. There doesn't seem to be a way to share all the photos at once.
If when you cleared the history all your photos were deleted fro. Instagram too, you would have to upload all the pics again.

How is it possible for instagram users to have a lot of followers with minimal posts?
Q. I noticed a lot of people without a lot of photo's have over 500 followers. How is this possible? I'd like to have this too.
A. Perhaps all their posts interactions with other people are via private message or their posts are hidden, assuming it's possible to do these things on Instagram (which I've never heard of until now so I'm unsure how it works, but I assume it's kind of similar to Facebook and Twitter.)
